2. Products and information

We sell cold plunges, ice baths, chillers, saunas and related accessories. We work hard to keep product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, colours and images accurate. However, product photos and renders are for illustration only, and the finished product may differ slightly in colour, finish or detail. Specifications may change without notice as manufacturers update their products.

Our products are personalised and prepared to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if a product arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not as described; see our Refund Policy for details. If something on this website is wrong, please contact us and we will correct it.

3. Prices, VAT and promotions

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Any VAT that applies is shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

Where we show a discounted or sale price, the crossed-out price is our regular selling price for that product. Promotions run for a limited period, may have stock limits, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or typing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Cold water immersion, ice baths and sauna use put stress on the body. The information on this website is general and is not medical advice.

Before using any of our products, consult a qualified doctor, particularly if you are pregnant, or have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, circulation problems, Raynaud's disease, epilepsy, or any other medical condition. Never use a cold plunge or sauna under the influence of alcohol or drugs, never let children use them unsupervised, and always follow the manufacturer's instructions and recommended session times.

You use our products at your own risk. Vitalis is not responsible for any injury or health problem caused by misuse, or by use against medical advice or the product instructions.
